Induction Criteria for TACEO Hall of Fame:
1. Professional Experience: Significant years of service within the election field, often requiring a minimum threshold of 20 years as well as demonstrated leadership roles or significant responsibilities in election administration or reform.
2. Innovative Contributions: Development or implementation of innovative practices or technologies that have improved election processes or voter engagement or contributions to the advancement of election integrity, accessibility, and transparency.
3. Impact and Influence: Proven impact on the community or the field at large, including successful projects, reforms, or initiatives or influence on election policies at the local, state, or national levels.
4. Commitment to Excellence: Consistent demonstration of professionalism and ethics in all election-related activities as well as commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the field.
5. Recognition and Awards: Previous recognition by peers or organizations for outstanding work in election administration or reform.
6. Community Engagement: Active participation in community outreach or educational programs aimed at increasing voter participation and awareness or collaboration with other organizations or stakeholders to promote fair and efficient election practices.
7. Nominations and Endorsements: Must be nominated by peers or leaders within the field, often requiring letters of support or endorsements. Submission of a comprehensive nomination package detailing accomplishments and qualifications.
